WinCo The top spot vacated by Target will be home to WinCo Foods.

CARROLLTON, TX—In January 2015, long-time Trinity Valley Shopping Center retailer, Target, closed its store. In October following the closure, the owner of the center, Josey Trinity Mills LTD, acquired the vacant building.

Boise, ID-based discount grocer WinCo Foods has announced plans to develop a new ground-up 82,077-square-foot anchor store at the center located at the northeast corner of the President George Bush Turnpike (SH-190) and Josey Lane. The site will be demolished starting next month and the newly developed WinCo is scheduled to open in early 2017.
