ELMWOOD PARK, NJ—BioReference Laboratories, a full-service diagnostic laboratory, has renewed its laboratory and warehouse lease for nearly 160,000 square feet  at 481 and 487 Edward H. Ross Drive in Elmwood Park, NJ. The buildings are part of Elmwood Corporate Park , a 274,000-square-foot corporate park owned and managed by Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises . The transaction was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises . Christopher Olsen of Eagle Real Estate Group represented the tenant. BioReference Laboratories provides clinical testing services to physician offices, clinics, hospitals, long-term care facilities and employers while also advancing drug discovery and development with disease foundations, academic and pharmaceutical partners. The company has an international presence in more than 50 countries. In addition to occupying laboratory space at Elmwood Corporate Park , BioReference Laboratories also occupies approximately 52,000 square feet of office space at Elmwood Park Plaza , a 64,000-square-foot office building located within the complex. “We have enjoyed a long relationship with BioReference Laboratories and are pleased the company has elected to renew its commitment to Elmwood Corporate Park ,” says Jerry L.
