SAN MATEO, CA—The multifamily project, 888 San Mateo , was awarded the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) pillars award of merit for best example of green building concepts in 2015, LEED for Home Awards ‘ outstanding multifamily project of the year and the Green Building Council ‘s multifamily project of the year. The latter two awards were presented in 2014, the year the project opened its doors. The project will be adding another trophy to its case with its recent honor by NAHB during the 2016 Best In Green awards program.
