AUSTIN, TX—Leasing activity continues to be brisk in Austin, namely at The Terrace , where three renewals have been signed. This 109-acre master planned development has views, amenities and management services, all in an accessible location. It is adjacent to the 800-acre Barton Creek Greenbelt and Barton Creek Mall, located on Via Fortuna Boulevard. Cornerstone Home Lending has renewed its lease for 6,303 square feet in Building 1. Cornerstone was represented by Marshall Clinkscales and Marc Vanderslice with Colliers International for the renewal. Cornerstone Home Lending is a full-service mortgage banker based out of Houston. Zephyr Environmental has renewed its lease for 18,240 square feet in Building 1. Zephyr was represented by Jeff Pace and Case McCoy with HPI for the renewal. Zephyr Environmental is a privately held full-service environmental, health and safety firm based in Austin. Monarch Natural Gas has renewed its lease for 2,012 square feet in Building 7. Monarch was represented by David Bremer with Austin Office Space for the renewal. Monarch Natural Gas is a private, full-service midstream energy company focused on building and operating assets in the midstream of the oil and gas industries. Ben Tolson, David Putman and Bart Matheney of AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in all transactions. Ben Tolson, AQUILA principal and leasing broker for The Terrace tells Globest.com: “We’re excited to be able to continue to accommodate key tenants as their space needs grow and change over the years at The Terrace. AQUILA provides tenant representation, project leasing and asset, property and project management services for office, industrial and retail properties.
