NEW YORK CITY—Harris Bulow, former managing director of the retail services group at Lee & Associates, has joined brokerage firm Eastern Consolidated as a senior director in its retail leasing division. Bulow, who entered the retail-leasing field in 2004 at Murray Hill Properties, also served as managing director of the retail division at Signature Partners. “Harris is a highly regarded retail leasing broker who brings with him over a decade of experience representing both landlords and tenants,” states Daun Paris , president of Eastern Consolidated. “We welcome him to Eastern Consolidated’s dynamic retail leasing team where he will focus on Midtown’s vibrant retail corridors.” Bulow has exclusively represented a number of private and publicly traded, international and local, corporate and family-run clients, and completed multiple transactions with high profile landlords including the Durst Organization, Friedland Properties and Toll Brothers. His more notable assignments have included Citibank; three large high street fashion transactions on the Gold Coast of Madison Avenue, including Isaia at 819 Madison Ave., and several record-breaking deals for retail property owners. Bulow is a native of Manhattan and attended Rockefeller College at SUNY Albany. He is a member of REBNY and ICSC, and serves as a volunteer on his co-operative’s Board of Directors and is a member of Community Board 6 in Queens. Earlier this month, Eastern Consolidated announced it arranged the sale of a 1,574-square-foot ground-floor retail condominium at 4 West 19th St ., a 12-story residential building the firm’s retail team leased last summer to luxury wallpaper and fabric firm Zuber . The Flatiron property traded for $6.4 million. Ron Solarz , executive managing director and principal at Eastern Consolidated, represented the owner, a corporate entity, and Eastern Consolidated’s Roberto Ortiz , senior director and principal, and Ronda Rogovin , senior director and principal, represented the buyer, a private real estate investor.
