TYSONS, VA—Lerner Enterprises has signed 148,163 square feet in leases, mostly in renewals and expansions with existing tenants. PAE is expanding and extending its lease for 36,421 square feet at 7799 Leesburg Pike in Tysons, VA, for example. 7799 Leesburg Pike, a 360,000 square foot twin-office tower, is currently under renovation, which is scheduled to complete in June 2016. Bob Shue and Jay Farmer of JLL represented PAE in the transaction. Brian F. Tucker and John B. Dragelin of Cushman & Wakefield’s represented Lerner in this deal and the following one. At Two Vintage Park and Three Vintage Park in Dulles, VA, Asurion has renewed its leases, which total 105,620 square feet. Two Vintage Park and Three Vintage Park are 83,000 square foot two-story buildings within Vintage Park, a multi-phased development of low-rise office buildings. Brad Davis and Cathy Delcoco of CBRE represented Asurion. The company also announced that Atrium Café will move into 7799 Leesburg Pike and the new office tower at 1775 Tysons Blvd. The eatery is taking 1,800 square feet at 7799 Leesburg Pike and 4,322 square feet at 1775 Tysons Boulevard.
