Cristina Lumpkin, CREW-Miami’s 2016 president and partner in Bilzin Sumberg’s environmental group, MIAMI— Commercial Real Estate Women Miami (CREW-MIAMI), a chapter of the national organization focusing on the advancement of women in commercial real estate , just announced its 2016 board of directors and launch of CREW-Miami: It’s the Place to Be . This campaign aims to empower real estate professionals to learn, share and connect and succeed in Miami’s real estate industry. Cristina Lumpkin , CREW-Miami’s 2016 president and partner in Bilzin Sumberg ‘s environmental group, is spearheading the campaign. One of the goals is to encourage members to take networking to the next level by making meaningful business connections that can lead to closing new deals and generating referrals and leads for future business. “It is an exciting time for Miami’s commercial real estate industry, as we are experiencing high levels of investment and development across all sectors and asset types,” says Lumpkin. “Miami is attracting investment from all over the world, and our organization’s membership numbers are stronger than ever, truly making CREW-Miami The Place to Be . This year, our panel programs will tackle key issues and challenges Miami faces, with the goal of educating our members on timely topics and helping to drive our industry forward .” Aiding the campaign initiatives this year is CREW-Miami’s 2016 Board of Directors, which consists of industry leaders and rising professionals.
