Industry Vet Joins SRS as Senior Associate

HOUSTON—During his time at Weingarten, Warwick completed more than 40 transactions worth $15 million in minimum base rent.

HOUSTON— Jeff Warwick , CPM has joined SRS Real Estate Partners as senior associate in the Houston office. Warwick joins SRS from Weingarten Realty Investors where he personally oversaw the leasing efforts of more than 3 million square feet in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston and Rio Grande Valley areas. Jonathan Hicks , SVP and co-market leader in the Houston office, tells GlobeSt.com: “Jeff will be focused on our ongoing tenant rep business, working mainly with Dunkin Donuts, Cash America and Golden Chick , as well as utilizing his leasing experience to expand our landlord representation business.” Warwick will work alongside Cody Persyn and Hicks at SRS. He has more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate. During his time at Weingarten, he completed more than 40 transactions worth $15 million in minimum base rent. Warwick was directly responsible for creating and implementing Weingarten Realty’s sustainability program where he oversaw a team of individuals handling various initiatives that support the future of environmentally friendly retail centers. He also has experience with property management and earned many internal awards recognizing outstanding performance during his time with the company. “We are so glad that Jeff has joined the team in Houston,” says Hicks. “Our team has gained a very knowledgeable and skilled new member and we hope to continue to add talented individuals to our line up.” Warwick has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing from the University of Houston . He is a member of ICSC, IREM , and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
