MIAMI—A freestanding office building in the heart of Doral is up for grabs. CBRE is marketing the 22,000-square-foot office asset, which was at one time the headquarters for Café Pilon. Located at 5605 Northwest 82nd Avenue, the office building is within walking distance of Downtown Doral. The 5605 building offers signage, a full-building generator, hurricane impact windows, and a parking ratio of up to five per 1,000 square feet with 12 spaces covered. “This is an ideal location for a corporate headquarters in one of the country’s fastest-growing cities,” says Maggie Kurtz , a senior vice president at CBRE. “Doral is in the throes of an unprecedented real estate boom, with projects like Downtown Doral nearby creating a pedestrian-friendly, amenity-rich environment that benefits businesses and attract employees. This property is perfectly located to take advantage of all of that new energy while still offering a freestanding environment.” Recent renovations to the office building include a new AC system, interior and exterior repainting, and lush landscaping. Kurtz, Diana Parker , and Kevin Gonzalez are marketing the property. Doral is the third-fastest growing city in the US, home to a highly educated, multilingual workforce, some of the top-rated schools in the state, and over 11,000 diverse businesses – from mom-and-pop shops to major employers such as Carnival Corporation and Univision.
