  • The Corp. for National and Community Service, which will need 101,220 square feet starting in October 2016
  • The State Department, which will need 135,000 square feet starting in January 2017.
  • The Department of Justice, which will need 327,663 square feet and 520,180 square feet to replace the space it currently occupies at 600 E St., NW and 601 D St., NW, respectively.
  • The Department of Homeland Security, which will need 121,000 square feet starting in January 2018
  • The Department of Justice's Civil Division, which will need 77,000 square feet and 362, 640 square feet to replace the space it is occupying at 20 Massachusetts Ave., and 1100 L St., NW, respectively
  • The Environmental Protection Agency, which will need 81,388 square feet, starting in March 2016.
