HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ—Building products manufacturer Kemper System America is relocating its New York metro sales office to the top floor of Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ from Closter, NJ. The 200,000-square-foot office building, at 777 Terrace Ave., is owned and managed by Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
