Escape Escape has a resort feel with Camelback Mountain views.
PHOENIX— Escape , a multifamily community near Highland Avenue and 16th Street, is located near the upscale Biltmore and Esplanade retail areas. P.B. Bell ‘s newest community features 244 luxury apartment homes in a resort setting. The four-story, interior corridor community wraps around an expansive pool, fitness center, resident lounge with views of Camelback Mountains and a courtyard area. It provides proximity to sporting events, shopping, restaurants and downtown business districts. Escape, at 4700 N. 16th Street, offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as two-story loft layouts, ranging in size from 713 square feet to 1,252 square feet. As part of a first-of-its-kind partnership between P.B. Bell and Cox Communications , Escape’s luxury units will give its residents access to Cox Gigablast Internet service of 1GB, which is up to 100 times faster than the average Internet service and the fastest residential Internet speed available in the state. In addition, Escape will also be a technology leader by offering residents an option to have a smart home with Cox Homelife , which features home automation capabilities such as live video viewing and energy controls for temperature and lighting. In an effort to increase energy efficiency and reduce utility costs, P.B. Bell has equipped a majority of the community’s common area lighting fixtures with LED light bulbs. Kitchen fixtures inside each residence also feature LED bulbs. The Escape community also includes car charging stations. “With its contemporary look and feel, and its tranquil courtyard pool area, Escape truly is an escape. We recognize that our residents are looking for certain amenities, a certain way of life. And, we’re constantly looking ahead to see how we can deliver innovative services, such as the Cox products, video conferencing capabilities in our business centers and interactive fitness equipment, to our residents,” says R. Chapin Bell , president of P.B. Bell. Escape is a pet-friendly community that offers its residents access to covered and underground parking as well as detached garages, a bike service station, and extended patios that overlook the interior courtyard. The interior residences feature plank-style flooring, quartz and granite counter tops, oversized tubs and stainless steel appliances. Bell tells GlobeSt.com: “When building new communities, we are keenly aware that our amenities and services need to appeal to both baby boomers and millennials. Looking through that lens, we believe that high-tech features coupled with resort-like amenities meets the needs of both generations.”
