NEWARK, NJ — Matrix Development Group has completed three lease transactions totaling more than 50,000 square feet at One Riverfront Plaza , a class A office tower also known as the Legal Center in Newark, NJ. The building is now 90 percent leased, with available spaces ranging in size from 1,000 to 14,000 square feet. The leasing activity includes:

• LeClairRyan, an entrepreneurial law firm that provides business counsel and client representation for corporate law and high-stakes litigation, which renewed its lease at the building.
• Goldberg Segella, a New York-based litigation firm, which has opened a new office in Newark after a series of new hires.
• The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), which signed a new lease at the building.
