CAMP HILL, PA—Samantha Maggio has joined Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania as an associate. Maggio will work directly with the principals of the firm on key accounts, with responsibilities spanning landlord agency, tenant representation and site selection assignments.

Maggio was most recently manager of real estate administration at Rite Aid Corporation, where she and her team were charged with the administration of the company's leased and owned properties. Her specific responsibilities included the negotiation of lease extensions, benchmarking store performance, working through potential takings and other municipal issues, and surplus store dispositions. Prior to her time at Rite Aid, she worked in the banking industry.

Samantha is a talented real estate professional with a wealth of knowledge in the retail sector and a keen analytical eye,” says John Van Buskirk, principal and broker of record for Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania. “I am excited to work with her as she learns the commercial real estate business from the broker's side of the table.
