Bussel Realty Corp. senior vice president David Blitt and vice president Peter Anderson represented the tenant and were responsible for the transaction.
“Strategic Delivery Solutions will utilize the property as an additional facility to provide delivery and logistics services to the healthcare market,” says Blitt.
Occupying six acres, 3390 Rand Road is near I-287 and Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike. The property offers 24-foot ceiling heights, four tailboards and three drive-ins for loading, 35-foot by 40-foot column spacing and 25 surface parking spaces.
