HOUSTON—A three-building office grouping in the Energy Corridor owned by Dornin Investment Group is now ready for lease up. The buildings are the 103,000-square-foot, six-story 1250 Woodbranch Park Dr. complex; the 62,000-square-foot, four-story office building at 11931 Wickchester Lane ; and Ten Plaza West , a 106,000-square-foot, six-story office building at 15915 Katy Freeway. Dornin has selected NAI Partners as the exclusive leasing agent for the three buildings. Doug Pack , executive vice president–office project leasing, along with senior vice president, Sam Hansen , will be handling the marketing and leasing of the three office assets. “We are excited to partner with Dornin and be a part of this committed and well-respected investment team. We look forward to assisting in the growth and further success of their Houston portfolio,” says Pack. The buildings have a historical record of occupancy in an area where some office structures have not been as fortunate. James Tainter , managing director of NAI Partners, tells GlobeSt.com: “Although a number of the class-A buildings in the Energy Corridor are suffering vacancy problems, the three Dornin buildings have maintained good occupancy rates. All of the buildings are less than a five-minute drive from exploration and production companies such as Shell Oil, BP America and oilfield service companies such as Schlumberger .” Dornin Investment Group is a California-based real estate investment firm that invests in distressed, opportunistic and value-add commercial real estate throughout California, Nevada, Texas and Arizona.
