Flats at Atlas

WASHINGTON, DC—A JV between Kettler and Westbrook Partners has acquired Flats at Atlas, a 257-unit apartment community in the H Street Corridor, located at 1600 Maryland Ave., NE. Clark Capital Realty sold the property, along with the neighboring lot for $95 million, according to land records first Tweeted by the Washington Business Journal.

The building also has 3,450-square feet of street-level retail.

Kettler and Westbrook can develop additional residential density on the adjacent lot.

CBRE's Bill Roohan, Andy Boyer, Mike Muldowney, Jonathan Greenberg, and John Sheridan represented the Clark Capital. CBRE's Debt and Structured Finance Team, led by David Webb, financed the deal.
