Gayle Filo, vice president of operations, Pennrose Management Company

PHILADELPHIA—Gayle Filo, CPM has joined Pennrose Management Company as vice president of operations. She will direct property management operations for the Pennrose portfolio in Maryland, areas of Pennsylvania, and Ohio. She will also be responsible for lease-up activities of new properties currently in the Pennrose development pipeline in Washington, DC, Virginia and Delaware.

“We think Gayle will bring a new perspective to our affordable housing operations,” says Lee J. Felgar, president of Pennrose Management Company. “She has a demonstrated track record for achieving great results, which we look forward to her continuing with Pennrose.”

Filo has more than 25 years in the property management business, managing for owner-managers and fee clients alike. Her portfolio has included condominiums, co-ops and HOAs, retail centers and office buildings. Her multifamily experience spans from luxury high-rise to distressed urban properties, including many new construction lease-ups and various affordable programs across multiple markets.
