Younge has analyzed a diverse range of assets including luxury resorts, commercial and convention hotels, community and regional shopping centers, airport facilities and special land use projects. He holds an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance and business law from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management , and has earned a bachelor's degree with a concentration in Hospitality Real Estate Finance at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University .
