Colliers Gets New Leader for Hotels and Leisure

CHICAGO—Younge has a lot of global experience, having done work throughout the Western Hemisphere, Europe and the Pacific Rim.

CHICAGO— Colliers International Group Inc. today announced that Bryan Younge has joined the firm as its Chicago-based national hospitality and leisure group practice leader and managing director of valuation and advisory services. “Bryan brings extensive global expertise in high-level property valuation and advisory and his experience aligns strategically with Colliers’ goals for our national hospitality and leisure platform,” says Ed Alegre , president of valuation and advisory services for Colliers. “Through his leadership, Colliers will further develop its services in this sector and ensure we continue to deliver an exceptional level of client consultation.” Younge has traveled the globe to complete appraisal, financial reporting, litigation support and consulting assignments. He has experience working throughout North America, Latin America, South America, Europe and the Pacific Rim. Younge has analyzed a diverse range of assets including luxury resorts, commercial and convention hotels, community and regional shopping centers, airport facilities and special land use projects. He holds an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance and business law from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management , and has earned a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Hospitality Real Estate Finance at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University .
