DALLAS—With the site completely dug out and the foundation laid for its five-level garage, Bleu Ciel is poised to top 33 stories high. Bleu Ciel, the latest venture of developer, Harwood International , is in the heart of Dallas’ fastest growing district, located at 3008 N. Harwood St. The 18-city block HARWOOD district affords a wealth of progressive cultural opportunities in the midst of the city’s shopping, arts, sports and nightlife. The high-rise condominium designed by Dallas-based HDF and Paris-based Jean-Michel Wilmotte will consist of two-, three- and four- bedroom homes from 1,300 square feet to more than 7,000 feet. Prices start at $800,000 and the development recently secured seven homes under contract in just one week. Jessica Young tells GlobeSt.com: “Recently, Harwood Living put seven homes under contract at Bleu Ciel in one week. We have sold almost all of our top floors at Bleu Ciel with few select units available.” Built in stone and metal detailing, the tower will dazzle with soaring vistas afforded by floor-to-ceiling glass, airy open-plan interiors and sweeping terraces—completely redefining the Dallas skyline. The community will reflect a resort-like ambience with curated garden environments designed by landscape architect, Sadafumi Uchiyama . With a walk score of 92 and access to several acres of serene pocket parks and the Katy Trail, a 30-acre linear park that is located near the north end of HARWOOD, the 3.5 mile walking and biking trail connects 125 acres of urban park land. More than 100 restaurants and cultural venues are within a 10-minute walk, leading to a vibrant cultural area, shopping mecca and foodie paradise. Residents will have peace of mind with 24/7 concierge services, valet parking, private garages within the parking garage topped off with electric car-charging stations and owner car wash. The 10,000 bottle wine cellar with three private climate-controlled wine storage rooms can be reserved for wine tastings. Neighbors can congregate in the social room adorned with a library of classics, a full-service catering kitchen and a cinema for movie screenings.
