Norris McLaughlin Law Firm Takes 62K SF Office Lease in Bridgewater

BRIDGEWATER, NJ— The law firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus has signed a 61,642-square-foot, 13-year office lease at Piedmont Office Realty Trust’s 400 Crossing Boulevard in Bridgewater. Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Rudin , vice chairman-director of consulting; Marc Trevisan , executive vice president; and David Dematteis , director, represented the tenant. Piedmont was represented in the transaction by Bill McCaffrey of Avison Young . Piedmont acquired the property in 2006 and had previously acquired the adjacent 200 Crossing Boulevard in 2003. “With this lease, Norris McLaughlin has relocated from a nearby site,” says DeMatteis . “The firm wanted to be closer to the Bridgewater Commons Mall and other amenities, and in a better-class building.
