BETHLEHEM, PA— San Francisco-based Stitch Fix, an online subscription and personal shopping service, is leasing a 483,990 square foot spec industrial building owned and developed by Prologis in Bethlehem, PA. The property, 4770 Hanoverville Road, occupies 35.25 acres of land. The Garibaldi Group brokered the transaction for Prologis . Terms were not disclosed. Stitch Fix will use the distribution center to expand its user base along the East Coast. The single story, single loaded warehouse has 4,250 square feet of office space and 75 dock high doors and 2 grade level positions. Construction was completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. The team of Michael Bartolacci and Jerry Moore , both senior brokers at The Garibaldi Group , represented the landlord Prologis , with Meg Buffington and Bill Bumber of Prologis overseeing the project. Stitch Fix was represented by Kim Meincke Jacobsen and Paul Torosian of the Jones Lang LaSalle Lehigh Valley and greater Philadelphia offices.
