MIAMI—Aventura ParkSquare, a mixed-use development in Aventura, just inked two more upscale tenants. Integra Investments signed leases with Mediterranean Kitchen and Lee Spa Nails. Icebox Cafe, greenmonkey yoga, Graziano's Market and Barry's Bootcamp are among the previously announced tenants.

Slated to debut at Aventura ParkSquare in 2017, Cycle House is Los Angeles' first premier indoor cycling studio. The new location will serve as the luxury fitness company's first Florida outpost—and second on the East Coast—and will span 3,500 square feet with frontage to the project's epicenter along its main boulevard.

“Aventura ParkSquare will completely change the landscape of the retail market in Aventura,” Eduardo Otaola, a development associate at Integra, tells GlobeSt.com. “Before our project, retail in the area primarily consisted of outdated town center and community retail concepts, in addition to the overwhelming presence of the Aventura Mall.”
