Kenneth Porreca, named a principal with Avison Young, Morristown, NJ

MORRISTOWN, NJ —Veteran office leasing professional Kenneth Porreca, formerly a managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank , has joined Avison Young’s New Jersey office as a principal. Porreca will lead Avison Young’s business development efforts in Bergen and Hudson counties, working closely with his colleagues in New Jersey and across the tristate region. “ Ken has distinguished himself as an expert on the Bergen County office market, having spent the bulk of his career managing the real estate requirements of high-profile companies throughout the region,” says Jeffrey Heller , Avison Young principal and managing director of the firm’s New Jersey office. “With a background that has given him exposure to all facets of the asset class, as well as far-reaching relationships and a deep understanding of Northern New Jersey market fundamentals, Ken is uniquely qualified to expand our office leasing business in Bergen and Hudson counties.
