Office Tenants Continue to Gravitate Toward Campuses

AUSTIN, TX—The success of office properties is often found in what types of commercial properties surround it and the proximity to freeway access. This is the case with Park Forest , an office campus that consists of four buildings located in the heart of Northwest Austin at 4201 West Parmer Ln. The location provides access to numerous restaurants and retail amenities within walking distance. In addition, the Domain and The Arboretum are just a few minutes’ drive. Parmer Lane also provides access to the MoPac Expressway one mile west, IH-35 and TX-45. This provides a connection to the rest of the city and the nearby suburbs, including the booming towns of Cedar Park, TX and Round Rock, TX. Due to the popularity of the location and office campus in general, Gorrondona and Associates has expanded its lease to a total of 4,238 square feet at Park Forest.
