MESA, AZ— Superstition Springs Center , a 186,766-square-foot community retail center, is located at Baseline and Power Roads, just south of the US-60 in Mesa, AZ. The center is anchored by Savers, 99 Cent Only, Goodwill and Pima Medical Institute . Ancala Village , a 173,185-square-foot community retail center, is located at Via Linda and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, east of the AZ-101 in Scottsdale, AZ. Major tenants include Safeway, Ace Hardware and Dollar Tree . Vestar has been retained by a family-owned company as the property management firm for Superstition Springs Center and Ancala Village. Vestar now manages more than 26 million square feet of retail space throughout the West Coast. “Investors understand the importance of retaining an experienced and established property management firm to secure their investment and maximize return strategies,” said Patrick McGinley , SCSM, Vestar president of management services. “We are excited to deliver superior results to our client and the communities of Mesa and Scottsdale. Our goal is to create a sense of community by incorporating the perfect mix of tenants and events.” Vestar is a privately held real estate company. During the past 12 months, it has added nearly 3 million square feet to its management portfolio of quality assets.
