Paige Jaffe, first vice president at CBRE, Philadelphia, PA

PHILADELPHIA—Paige Jaffe, who previously represented Urban Outfitters, Vetri Restaurants and other tenants and landlords, has joined CBRE's retail team as a first vice president in its Center City office.

Jaffe has more than eight years of experience in High Street markets including Center City, Washington, DC, and Pittsburgh.

Before joining CBRE Jaffe worked at The McDevitt Company.

Jaffe has closed transactions involving high profile locations for Barbour, Jack Wills, The North Face, Wells Fargo, Swarovski, Theory, Calypso, Goorin Bros. Nordstrom Rack, American Eagle, Madewell, Under Armour, Pandora, Anthropolgie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, Paper Source, Carhartt and TOMs. She has also worked with Stephen Starr's Dandelion, Route 6 and Il Pittore, Jose Garces' Garces Trading Company and JG Domestic, Amis by Marc Vetri, Sbraga by Kevin Sbraga, Chipotle, Le Pain Quotiden, Devon and Blakely and multiple locations for Pizzeria Vetri.

She is an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers, Rittenhouse Row , and has served as state director of ICSC for PA/NJ/DE. She sits on the boards for Rittenhouse Row and Little Friends of Rittenhouse Square. She holds a communications degree from West Chester University.
