Franklin Street Woos Retail All-Star From CBRE

MIAMI—Lisa Ferrazza, a veteran commercial real estate pro, just joined Franklin Street‘s South Florida office. She will serve as a senior director and specialize in retail landlord representation and leasing.

Ferrazza comes to Franklin Street with more than 15 years of real estate experience, including 10 years in her last position as vice president with CBRE in Boca Raton. In her new role, she will work primarily with institutional real estate investors to oversee the leasing and management of client properties in South Florida. She will also collaborate on business development initiatives to expand the division.
