Tim Schenk Joins Patriot Equity Partners

NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Patriot Equity Partners says that Tim Schenk has joined the company as senior vice president. In this role, Schenk will direct the firm’s growth initiatives, including the acquisition of single tenant net lease assets and further enhancing and extending Patriot’s tenant and investor relationships.
