CHICAGO—Although there are not many tenants looking for big spaces in suburban Oak Brook, the town's office market continues to thrive due to small- and mid-sized users. Command Alkon, for example, a global supplier of software solutions for construction materials producers, has just signed a long-term lease for 11,195 square feet in Oak Brook Executive Plaza at 1315 W. 22nd St. The growing company will consolidate two separate offices located in nearby Rosemont, IL and Woodridge, IL, this June to this one centralized location.

Jon Azulay, corporate managing director of Savills Studley and Monty Harris represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Golub, was represented by Peter Adamo of CBRE. Savills Studley corporate managing director Rich Dale provided project management services to the tenant.

As reported in GlobeSt.com, Golub and its partner, Alcion Ventures, purchased the office complex, which was constructed in phases between 1968 and 1980, in 2014, and planned to make capital investments that would place the property on the top tier in the Oaak Brook office market.
