HACKENSACK, NJ—Alfred Sanzari Enterprises says three tenants at its Court Plaza North , 25 Main Street , Hackensack, NJ, have renewed or expanded their leases recently. Employment law firm Deutsch Atkins renewed a 9,000-square-foot lease; full-service title insurance agency First Bergen Title Agency has renewed and expanded to 2,800 square feet; and Lakeland Bank has renewed its 3,200-square-foot office lease. Stephen C. Jennings of Sanzari negotiated the transactions in-house. Edward DiTroia of RE/MAX Elite Associates represented Deutsch Atkins . The lease renewals affirm “ Court Plaza’s market position as a leading office environment for quality businesses spanning a diverse range of industries,” says Jennings . Deutsch Atkins has been a Court Plaza tenant since 2006.  Family owned and operated since 1957, First Bergen has been a Court Plaza tenant since 1986, according to Allen Meccia Jr., the firm’s managing member. “We have been extremely happy with our tenancy at Court Plaza North,” says Neil H. Deutsch , one of Deutsch Atkins’ senior partners. “The building’s location – directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse – is extremely convenient for our clients, attorneys and employees. The decision to continue our tenancy here was an easy one.” “Over the past three decades, Court Plaza has become synonymous with the First Bergen brand. My father negotiated our original lease with Alfred Sanzari and today, both our firm and Alfred Sanzari Enterprises are being led by the children, and grandchildren, of these original dealmakers,” says Meccia . Lakeland Bank operates 53 New Jersey branch offices. “A Lakeland Bank office in downtown Hackensack is the perfect location for us to serve our professional services and attorney escrow business clients,” says Thomas Shara , president and CEO of Lakeland Bank . “ Court Plaza is an exceptional building and we are pleased not only to be located directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse , but to share the building with numerous law firms, property managers and other high-quality business professionals.” The 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex encompasses Court Plaza North, Court Plaza South and Court Plaza East . The property includes a landscaped plaza with fountains and seating areas, covered parking, shoe shine/repair and dry cleaning services, eco-friendly car wash service, a fitness center, public transportation to New York City and Northern NJ, a cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating, and a common meeting room. Court Plaza is located just one mile from I-80 and Routes 4 and 17.
