Corley Buys RE/MAX Premier Properties

CHICAGO—The brokerage now plans to expand into new communities underserved by the major brands.

CHICAGO—Janice Corley has just become sole owner of RE/MAX Premier Properties, 1205 N. State Pkwy., after acquiring the ownership interest of her partner, Cynthia Bauer. Corley and Bauer established the brokerage in 2011. Today it has 75 affiliated brokers, and its 2015 closed sales volume was more than $170 million. 

Corley has acted as managing partner of the brokerage, as well as the managing broker, since its founding. Bauer has been one of the leading sales producers in the office and will continue in that role.
