HOUSTON—Downtown’s tallest residential high-rise to date is already an attention-grabbing focal point in the downtown skyline. Market Square Tower is a multifamily building slated for an October 2016 opening in the Theater District at 777 Preston. Rising 40 stories and occupying a full city block, Market Square Tower is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and the nine performing arts organizations represented in the district.
