PHILADELPHIA—Marcus & Millichap is relocating its Philadelphia area office to Center City and is opening an additional office in Wynnewood, PA.

Beginning next month, the firm will be located at Commerce Square, 2005 Market St., Suite 1510. The new office at 308 East Lancaster Ave. in Wynnewood opens May 27.

Brenton J. Baskin, regional manager of Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office, will lead both moves and serve as regional manager of the two offices, which are expected to encompass approximately 100 employees total.

“The move and expansion is integral to maintaining our position at the forefront of commercial sales,” says Baskin. “Our teams are excited about the growth we are experiencing. It allows us to bring on additional investment sales brokers to support the quickly growing Philadelphia market, which is gaining momentum across all sectors.”

“Philadelphia has become a prime destination for international investors,” says Mark Taylor, a senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office. “As our market share increases, it's crucial to have a both strong downtown presence and a suburban office.”

Marcus & Millichap's new Commerce Square 10,000-square-foot office space will accommodate the rapid growth and future plans expected for the firm. The building features courtyards with full service restaurants, state-of-the-art conference rooms and an auditorium.
