Leasing Team Bulks up for Iconic Houston Assets

HOUSTON—Tyler Garrett has joined the Transwestern agency leasing team as vice president, adding immediate value to many of the firm's high-profile clients and office assets.

HOUSTON—The Transwestern Houston team is responsible for leasing efforts on assets including Four Oaks Place, 800 Bell, Westgate and 1900 West Loop South . Tyler Garrett has joined the Transwestern agency leasing team as vice president, adding immediate value to many of the firm’s high-profile clients and office assets. Garrett joins executive vice president, Eric Anderson , and his team to execute leasing strategies on those iconic assets and others. “Tyler is a strategic hire for us and brings an outstanding skill set to further enhance our execution capabilities in a more challenging environment,” said Anderson, who is consistently a top producer in the Houston market across all brokerage firms. “This is a unique time when the market provides the opportunity to really differentiate ourselves, and Tyler will be an instrumental piece in ensuring we continue to execute at the highest level for our impressive client base.” During his 11-year career, Garrett has leased approximately 2 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $600 million. Prior to joining Transwestern, Garrett was director of leasing at Skanska where he was active in the Central Business District, Energy Corridor and north Houston markets. Garrett tells GlobeSt.com: “I look forward to providing our clients with the most up-to-date market information, enabling our owners to react quickly in an ever-changing market here in Houston.” Prior to Skanska, he served as director of leasing at Hines , responsible for leasing BG Group Place, Phoenix Tower and Greenspoint Plaza .
