FRISCO, TX—Following phase one of the StreetLights development The Kathryn, which is now open for pre-leasing, StreetLights Residential and partner Tricon Capital Group Inc. recently broke ground on phase two of the three-phase residential project. The four-story apartment development, named The Maxwell , will add 325 new units within The Canals at Grand Park . StreetLights CEO Doug Chesnut tells GlobeSt.com: “We’ve put extensive thought into the design and overall resident experience at The Maxwell, working to meet the growing demand for a new urbanist lifestyle in the suburbs.
