7700 Parmer

AUSTIN, TX—With tenants increasingly seeking all-inclusive campuses, one such facility fits the bill and then some. 7700 Parmer Lane spans 138 acres and offers more than 900,000 square feet of office space, offering corporate clients plenty of room to grow. It is located approximately 20 miles from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport via TX-71 West and US-183 North, providing 7700 Parmer executives with quick access to flights or out-of-towners flying in for meetings and corporate functions.

Deloitte recently signed a lease for 12,153 square feet at the campus, joining the numerous other tech, creative and financial companies that call 7700 Parmer home with its generous amenities package. Accesso Partners is the landlord of the facility.

Keith Zimmerman and Lexis Livengood of Cushman & Wakefield represented Deloitte, and David Putman, Ben Tolson and Bart Matheney with AQUILA Commercial represented Accesso Partners in the transaction.

Putman, principal, tells GlobeSt.com: “We are thrilled to add another well-recognized brand name to the rent roll at 7700 Parmer. Top companies such as eBay, PayPal, Google, Electronic Arts, Polycom, D&B and now Deloitte all recognize the value proposition offered in this dynamic campus setting.”

Beyond work, 7700 Parmer's 540-seat gourmet cafeteria is operated by Palo Alto, CA-based Bon Appetit Management Company, a chef-driven farm-to-fork restaurant company. Food provider to Silicon Valley's notable companies, Google and Facebook, Bon Appétit offers meals made from scratch and has been a pioneer in environmentally sound sourcing.

If gourmet food doesn't make the case when recruiting top talent, fitness facilities may. This corporate campus boasts several running trails, a professionally managed fitness center and cross-fit certified gym.

And the sprawling campus gives tenants access to many sports options, including volleyball and basketball courts, along with soccer and baseball fields. The campus has sports leagues in which employees can take part.

There is an on-site preschool along with many types of on-site events, including ice cream socials, barbecues and other tenant appreciation functions.
