RUTHERFORD, NJ—David Ruggiero, a 20-year industry veteran, has been named managing director of the Global Healthcare Services (GHS) team in Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Rutherford, NJ, office, where he will work on strategic advisory, capital markets and asset and portfolio dispositions nationally.
In his new position, he will help to drive and service NGKF's GHS initiatives by working with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive real estate strategies.
