FRISCO, TX—A new multi-tenant building features approximately 21,000 square feet of medical office space.

FRISCO, TX—With massive population growth, healthcare is to follow. A new multi-tenant medical office building features approximately 21,000 square feet of medical office space with a patient-convenient location at 5375 Coit Rd., just north of the Sam Rayburn Tollway (State Highway 121). Alliance Architects Inc. was the architect/planner of the new medical office building. Core Construction of Frisco was the general contractor for this project. Scott Meyer , associate principal of Alliance Architects tells GlobeSt.com: “We are excited to be a part of the explosive growth in Frisco. Obviously with that growth comes a need for healthcare facilities, and we feel privileged to have been involved in this medical office building project. Along with a dedicated client and fantastic design team, I believe we have provided a quality facility that will support the medical needs of the community for many years to come.” The mostly brick and stone building offers a substantial amount of window area to allow abundant natural light into the space. A metal mansard perimeter roof provides screening for the various types of rooftop equipment. Canopies are located at each entrance, and the main entrance features a porte cochere with zero entry from the driveway for patients with ambulatory difficulties. Tenants include Foot and Ankle Center of Frisco, Lone Star Neurology, Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Center Outpatient Services, and Texas Vein and Aesthetics . Alliance Architects Inc., located in Richardson, TX, provides architectural, project management, master planning, space planning and interior design services for retail, interiors, mission critical, call and data centers, office, industrial, federal, education, liturgical, transportation, and on-call contracts.
