Traffic Brick Networks just inked a new warehouse lease at 1471 West Hillsboro Boulevard. The Cushman & Wakefield South Florida associate director Matthew G. McAllister , executive directors Richard F. Etner and Christopher Metzler , and senior director Christopher Thomson represented Traffic Brick Networks. The firm leased 31,000 square feet in the Dolphin Carpet and Tile Building. “This space was ideal for Traffic Brick Networks’ distribution and warehousing needs,” McAllister tells GlobeSt.com. “Its close proximity to their corporate headquarters and central location provides easy access to Interstate 95, the Sawgrass Expressway, Florida’s Turnpike, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades.” Traffic Brick Networks is a holding corporation that focuses on the wedding and event decor industry. Subsidiaries include Event Decor Direct, The Institute of Wedding & Event Design and To Suit Your Fancy. Traffic Brick Networks will use the warehouse space to house and distribute its event-related products. According to Cushman & Wakefield’s 1Q 2016 Broward County Industrial MarketBeat Report, the Deerfield Beach submarket remains one of the strongest in Broward County. Occupancies are well below market average, rents are above average and almost all construction activity in Broward County is breaking ground in Deerfield Beach.
