MUHLENBERG TOWNSHIP, PA—Lee & Associates has been selected by Brasler Properties to handle the leasing of two industrial projects located in Muhlenberg Township, Berks County, PA. The two properties are Berks 61 and Berks 222 .  Located at 4030 Pottsville Pike , Berks 61 has been programmed for a 270,000 square-foot light industrial facility with a full spate of modern design features including 32′+ clear height, 36 docks, 120 car parking, over 50 trailer stalls and rail access.  Berks 222 is located only a few miles away at the intersection of Business Rt. 222 & Huller Lane, and is conceptually designed for 2 separate 180,000 square-foot buildings.
