Flats 8300 Trades to Invesco Real Estate

BETHESDA, MD--Flats 8300 at 8300 Wisconsin Ave., in Bethesda, MD, has sold. Invesco RE acquired the 390-unit apartment building from its developers, a JV between StonebridgeCarras and Walton Street Capital. HFF's Walter Coker, Brian Crivella and Stephen Conley represented the seller. The building delivered last month. According to Bisnow, the purchase price was $207 million.

NOVO Properties to Build Infill Bethesda Project

WASHINGTON, DC--Locally-based NOVO Properties plans to build a residential mixed-use building at 4820 Auburn Ave., in Bethesda, MD's Woodmont Triangle submarket now that it has secured acquisition and pre-development funding via MAC Realty Advisors. The building will be either a condo or luxury apartment project.

MCF Capital Management Buys Greenbelt Office

GREENBELT, MD-MCF Capital Management LLC has acquired an 80,454-square-foot office building at at 6401 Golden Triangle Dr., in Greenbelt, MD, for an undisclosed price. Transwestern's Gerry Trainor, Mark Glagola and Wes Machowsky represented the private seller in the transaction.
