NOVO Properties to Build Woodmont Infill | Flats 8300 Sell

WASHINGTON, DC- NOVO Properties plans to build a residential mixed-use building in Bethesda. Meanwhile Invesco Real Estate has acquired a newly-developed apartment building on Wisconsin Ave.

Flats 8300 Trades to Invesco Real Estate

BETHESDA, MD–Flats 8300 at 8300 Wisconsin Ave., in Bethesda, MD, has sold. Invesco RE acquired the 390-unit apartment building from its developers, a JV between StonebridgeCarras and Walton Street Capital. HFF’s Walter Coker, Brian Crivella and Stephen Conley represented the seller. The building delivered last month. According to Bisnow, the purchase price was $207 million.
