STERLING, VA-Chalk another one up for the very tight fundamentals in the industrial space. Duke Realty has announced that it has delivered a spec building in the TransDulles Centre industrial park fully leased.
Two tenants have inked space to occupy the building TransDulles Centre 46213: 1-800-Pack-Rat will occupy 73,005 square feet, while Total Filtration Services will operate from the remaining 20,800 square feet.
It was the ongoing interest for space and limited availability in the TransDulles submarket that convinced Duke Realty to build the property on spec, according to Battista Orcino, the locally-based VP of Leasing and Development for the REIT.
TransDulles Centre 46213 is located at 46213 TransDulles Plaza. Features of the new facility include 28ʼ clear height, 40ʼ x 40ʼ column spacing and a truck court and automobile parking.
