Red Mountain Group Closes $30M Line of Credit

SANTA ANA, CA—California based company specializes in the operation of retail centers, with properties in 16 states.

SANTA ANA, CA— Red Mountain Group has closed on a $30 million line of credit with Farmers & Merchant Bank .

The Red Mountain Group portfolio encompasses 87 shopping centers with over 4 million square feet of commercial retail development with a current value of over $850 million dollars with assets in 16 states. “We could not have gotten this done without the extraordinary efforts of our in-house Finance team, especially from Philip Hurst , our director of finance.  Completing this transaction is a testament to our strong and long-standing relationship with Farmers & Merchants Bank,”  said Carl Roude , president.
