UFCU Plaza There were three new leases and one renewal signed at UFCU Plaza.
AUSTIN, TX—Activity has been brimming at UFCU Plaza and Braker Pointe I with a total of six leases/renewals completed recently. The properties are centrally located to the popular amenities within Austin. All of this activity points to continued interest in the metro for tenants of all shapes and sizes. There were three new leases and one renewal signed at UFCU Plaza, located at 8303 North MoPac Expressway. Heartflow leased 11,022 square feet and was represented by Brian Walker and Brian Butterfield of Cushman & Wakefield . TK20 leased 10,974 square feet and was represented by Kristi Svec Simmons, Jon Wheless and Max McDonald at AQUILA Commercial . TK20 is an Austin-based software company that offers assessment and reporting software solutions. Intrado renewed its 6,885 square foot lease and was represented by Tim Minton of Steinco Inc. Lee Lewis Construction leased 2,909 square feet and was represented by Charlie Hill of Cushman & Wakefield . Lee Lewis Construction is a construction management firm with offices in Austin, Dallas and Lubbock. Bethany Perez, David Putman and Mike Murphy with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in those transactions. There were two new leases signed at Braker Pointe I, located at 10801-1 North MoPac Expressway. MaxLinear leased 4,072 square feet and was represented by Holiday Hinckley of Cushman & Wakefield. MaxLinear is an international provider of highly integrated radio-frequency analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions for broadband communications applications based in Carlsbad, CA. Cyren leased 2,584 square feet and was represented by Chad Jewell of Austin Office Space . Cyren is an international cloud-based security solutions provider. Ben Tolson, Perez and Bart Matheney with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in both transactions. Perez tells GlobeSt.com: “We are excited to continue our leasing momentum in our northwest properties. We find that UFCU Plaza and Braker Pointe I and II have a particular appeal to companies wanting a central location, easy access via Austin’s major thoroughfares and close proximity to the city’s premiere amenity hubs, including The Domain and The Arboretum.”
