NEW YORK CITY—Translation has signed a 35,000-square-foot lease at 10 Jay St. in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn. The tenant is relocating to the 230,000-square-foot building from 145 W. 45th Street in Manhattan, with an anticipated move date of January 2017. CBRE’s Ben Friedland, Keith Caggiano, Zak Snider and Evan Fiddle represented ownership, Glacier Global Partners and Triangle Assets. Translation was represented by Lance Korman of Newmark Knight Frank. Ameriprise Financial has extended its lease and increased its space at RXR’s 530 Fifth Ave. The occupier will expand from 14,900 square feet of space to approximately 21,000 square in the 26-floor, 536,000-square-foot office building. The new lease is for 10 years. Ameriprise was represented in the transaction by Josh Kuriloff and Andrew Braver from Cushman & Wakefield. Dan Birney and Alexandra Budd from RXR handled the lease in-house. SL Green Realty Corp has inked a 10-year renewal lease with Offit Capital Advisors for 14,206 square feet at 485 Lexington Ave., which is also known as Grand Central Square. The owner of the 31-story, 921,370-square-foot building—the city’s largest office landlord—was represented in house by Natasha Brown in the transaction while Larry Zuckerman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant. CBC Advisors, the largest Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate globally, along with Savanna and joint venture partner KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT have renewed a 25,398-square-foot a lease with Lovell Safety Management Co. at 110 William St. The agreement at the 928,000-square-foot office tower in the Financial District has a 10-year term. Peter Sabesan and Richard Selig of CBC Advisors represented Lovell Safety Management, while Savanna handled the renewal in-house. The Kaufman Organization, a full-service commercial real estate firm and The Adler Group’s exclusive leasing agent for 550 Seventh Avenue, announced today that the firm secured InVision Communications has signed a lease for a 12,015 square feet of space at 550 Seventh Ave. The tenant is moving to The Adler Group-owned property from 535 Eighth Ave. The Kaufman Organization partner Michael Heaner and Sam Stein represented the landlord in the transaction while Robin Fisher and Christie Bennet of NGKF represented the tenant. Asking rent was $60-per-square-foot. Garth Greenan Gallery has signed a 10-year, 4,400-square-foot lease in a retail condo unit on the ground floor of 547 W. 20 th St. in West Chelsea. The tenant is relocating from a tenth floor gallery in a building on the same block. Eastern Consolidated’s retail leasing division senior director Brad Cohen and associate Director Jon Kamali, exclusively represented the owner of the retail condo, which is split into two retail units. The tenant was represented by Susan B. Anthony of Susan B. Anthony Real Estate. Two Boots Pizza has signed a 12-year lease for a Lower Manhattan flagship location at 86A Nassau St., near Fulton Street. The popular eatery triple net leased the entire building, which features 750-square-foot floorplates on the ground floor, second floor and lower level. Winick Realty Group director Aaron S. Fishbein represented both Two Boots Pizza and landlord 86A ½ Nassau LLC, along with his associate, Jeremy Wintner.
