And High Street Realty Co. just signed several renewals with its tenants there, continuing a solid run of deals for the submarket. At 419 Village Dr. in Carol Stream, High Street signed a 51,010-square-foot lease renewal with Supply Technologies, LLC . In addition, ICP Industrial Inc. renewed its lease for 74,800 square feet at 1600 Glenlake Ave. in Itasca. The Central DuPage vacancy rate decreased by only one basis point during the first quarter of 2016, according to a report by Colliers International , but that was after seeing positive net absorption totaling 266,282 square feet. At the end of March, the vacancy rate stood at 6.3%, a 174 bps improvement from the 8.04% rate recorded during the first quarter a year ago. In other transactions, High Street sold 1001 Foster Ave., a 79,670-square-foot building in Bensenville, to United Business Mail . At 340 Remington Blvd. in Bolingbrook, North Coast Logistics signed a new lease for 76,677 square feet. Mark Moran and Brian Colson , both executive vice presidents with NAI Hiffman's industrial services group, represented High Street in all four transactions. Brett Tomfohrde , associate with NAI Hiffman, also represented High Street in its new lease at 340 Remington.
