JLL has just hired Debra Bonebrake as a managing director and head of US industrial property management. She will work under the direction of Craig Meyer , president of industrial brokerage and industrial capital markets for the Americas, and Dan Pufunt , president of property management for the Americas. Bonebrake comes to Chicago-based JLL from the ownership side. She was managing director at Prologis , where she worked from 1995 to 2013 and was instrumental in growing the company's portfolio from 70 million to 350 million square feet. Her time at one of the nation's industrial property owners helped her appreciate the importance a strongly connected national platform, she tells GlobeSt.com.
