She will work under the direction of Craig Meyer , president of industrial brokerage and industrial capital markets for the Americas, and Dan Pufunt , president of property management for the Americas. Bonebrake comes to Chicago-based JLL from the ownership side. She was managing director at Prologis , where she worked from 1995 to 2013 and was instrumental in growing the company's portfolio from 70 million to 350 million square feet. Her time at one of the nation's industrial property owners helped her appreciate the importance a strongly connected national platform, she tells GlobeSt.com. And as the new manager of JLL's more than 150 million square foot industrial portfolio, “I can meet all of our large clients say 'we have a national presence.'” “Debra's experience and track record of success will have an immediate impact on our clients,” says Meyer. “Working with our already strong industrial property management leadership team, we are confident that she will accelerate the exceptional growth this business has experienced over the last few years, and drive the business to the next level as the leading provider of industrial property management services in the US.” Bonebrake was most recently senior vice president at Realty Income Corp. , where she provided strategic oversight for the firm's office and industrial portfolio.
